We loved the location, liked the happy hours, used and enjoyed the fitness room, liked the room which was a bit small, and felt breakfast was adequate.

The location was excellent. Walkable to the Theater district, Times square, Radio City music Hall & 5th. Avenue. Also, breakfast at Serafina restaurant were excellent. We did not have lunch or dinner there, but the food looked great. We had cocktails one night, & they were great!!

Staff was perfect: thank you so much to Darlene Roseau. She is so helpful, lovely and professional. Also thank you Dee and Andrew. Very good staff! My room was fantastic; it was a suite with a very nice view of Manhattan's buildings.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Location is right out side time square so if the hotel doesn't have what you need, then it's short walk to anything you need. Room is beautiful and spacious. You can store your bags if you arrive to early or require a place to store your bags before departure. Handicapped individuals will feel just at home in the hotel!

Location: Perfect for visiting NYC for holidays! It’s near the metro subway, Times Square and broadway show theatres. There’re also lots of convenient stores, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also relatively safe since there are many of people around. The only con I could think of is the noise from the streets, which I think is unavoidable anyway due to the location of the hotel being in the centre of the city. Room: We booked a deluxe king bedroom which was actually spacious. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the TV being behind the mirror! Also loved the quality of pillows and mattress which were soft and comfortable. There’s also a safety deposit box, iron with iron board and a hair dryer. They also provided hotel slippers, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste though so don’t forget to bring your own. In case you forget, the CVS Pharmacy is just near the hotel anyway so you could easily get one. Staff: Very accommodating and lovely! They allowed us to check in early and they even gave us a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Special thanks to Naida, Janitza and Dee! You guys are awesome. :) Overall, very happy with our stay here! It’s a good value for the money given the quality of service, the room and the location. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting New York! :)
