The staff here was absolutely top notch. The door man was constantly on his toes to help with anything and always available to answer questions about the local spots. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating and even the bellhops were friendly and talkative and enthusiastic about restaurant recommendations, etc. The location was great, right in the middle of a few Broadway theatres. It was small and intimate. The rooms were clean and modern. My husband and I enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine event every evening at a certain hour in the hotel bar.

Staff was super friendly amd very helpful, from the gentlemen that work the front door, to the concierge and all the staff we interacted with were top notch. Was nicely situated near theaters and restaurants. A great experience that will definitely make return customers of us.

I loved The Time's overall luxurious atmosphere. Staff was incredibly attentive from entrance to reception to restaurant, hotel lounge/restaurant gave a fine dining experience. Rooms were clean and orderly with nice amenities. TVs were IN mirrors which was fun! There were also buttons inside the rooms that could show outside your door whether you didn't want to be disturbed or needed your room made up. The hotel itself felt very secure with cards needed to access your floor. Right across a CVS with plenty of travel sized items and snacks if you forgot anything on your trip. Check out is till 12 which is pretty late in hotel comparisons.

I I love the staff. The man who were at the front door every day and every night we’re the best ever. They were so social and wonderful. I love Kevin and Anthony and so many of the others, whose names I don’t recall at this moment. They were all wonderful. They enhanced my four day travel for sure. I have mentioned New York city many many times, but I think that this was my favorite because of the staff. Thank you so much. I will be back again because this hotel is so hospitable that they are almost like family.

The hotel was exceptional, service at a very high level! Clean rooms and excellent location. I want to give special thanks to Dee. The hotel has a happy hour between 17:00 and 18:00 in which hotel guests enjoy free wine and cheese, we only drink kosher wine, so we could not drink the wine served. Dayai took care of us personally and the moment she heard about it she went to buy wine especially for us so that we could drink from it and she did it with great joy and willingness. We really appreciate it, it's not obvious. I wish all service providers were at her level! Thank you very much, we will definitely return to this hotel.
