The Time New York, part of JdV by Hyatt

We recently stayed here for a week with our small baby and the hotel was ideal. We had a suite so had plenty of room for all of the baby stuff we brought with us aswel as the pack & play travel cot the hotel provided. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling who wants somewhere central and spacious for family trips. All the staff were super friendly and helpful which made our holiday. Will be recommending to friends.

Room was airy and the beds were firm . Pull out sofa was comfortable for 1 person. Modern deco which we liked. I went with 2 friends. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't know how to use the pull out sofa. A staff member was quick to help us set up the sofa in record time. Pillows and blankets were delivered in record time. We liked the King sized bed, which was comfortable for 2 people. Clean linen and bedding were to be commended. Firm beds for older women. We walked 15 minutes from the theater while talking to the hotel. Staff was friendly and upgraded our room from a 2 Double Beds to 1 King and pull out sofa for no extra charge. A bootle water was given to each guest, which was a nice touch. We sure needed it for a hot and humid day in New York City.

Staff was super friendly amd very helpful, from the gentlemen that work the front door, to the concierge and all the staff we interacted with were top notch. Was nicely situated near theaters and restaurants. A great experience that will definitely make return customers of us.

I loved The Time's overall luxurious atmosphere. Staff was incredibly attentive from entrance to reception to restaurant, hotel lounge/restaurant gave a fine dining experience. Rooms were clean and orderly with nice amenities. TVs were IN mirrors which was fun! There were also buttons inside the rooms that could show outside your door whether you didn't want to be disturbed or needed your room made up. The hotel itself felt very secure with cards needed to access your floor. Right across a CVS with plenty of travel sized items and snacks if you forgot anything on your trip. Check out is till 12 which is pretty late in hotel comparisons.

The location was excellent. Walkable to the Theater district, Times square, Radio City music Hall & 5th. Avenue. Also, breakfast at Serafina restaurant were excellent. We did not have lunch or dinner there, but the food looked great. We had cocktails one night, & they were great!!
